  Kaciaryna Andrejeva (Bachvałava) – BELARUS     Journalist, writer and poet Kaciaryna Andrejeva (real name Bachvałava) was arrested in November 2020 while livestreaming a peaceful protest honouring the memory of artist Raman Bandarenka, reportedly killed by Belarusian security officers following the fraudulent presidential elections of August 2020.   Andrejeva was sentenced to two years in prison in February 2021 on trumped up charges of organising and participating in actions that violate public order. He is the author of “ You have not yet been defeated ,” and is considered the most high-profile prisoner of conscience in Egypt, having spent more than two-thirds of the last decade in prison for his expression. He won the 2022 Electronic Frontier Foundation Award for Democratic Reform Advocacy and PEN Canada’s One Humanity Award in 2023. In September 2024, Alaa Abd El-Fattah had fully served a five-year unjust prison sentence in Egypt following a grossly unfair trial before the Emergency State Security Court.   Fw: Nyt fra Danske Gymnasier 21/2025 Uge 21 |  maj 2025 Lov om offentligt ansattes ytringsfrihed er vedtaget Folketinget vedtog den 20. maj 2025 en lov om offentligt ansattes ytringsfrihed. Loven træder i kraft den 1. juli 2025 og gælder for ansatte i hele den offentlige forvaltning samt selvejende institutioner, foreninger, fonde m.v. Med loven fastslås, at offentligt ansatte har ret til at ytre sig som privatpersoner uden at risikere negative ansættelsesretlige konsekvenser - så længe ytringerne ikke indeholder fortrolige oplysninger, der er strafbare at videregive, er freds- eller ærekrænkende,  er fremsat i urimelig grov form eller indeholder åbenbart urigtige oplysninger om væsentlige forhold inden for eget arbejdsområde,  eller i særlige tilfælde skader arbejdspladsens interne beslutningsproces og funktionsevne.
