Following up on the successful Committee meeting at the 88 th International PEN Congress in Uppsala in Sweden in October 2022, we decided to reshape the structure of the Committee to make it more efficient. We also decided to be more inclusive and informative about the work that we do. We hope that we will succeed in this endeavour and that you will appreciate it.
